By downloading or using Calo AI – Food Calorie Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Purpose of the Application
The Application provides estimated calorie, carbohydrate, protein, and nutrition information based on food images and user inputs. The information is provided for general informational purposes only.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Helping Hand Network grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Calo AI – Food Calorie Tracker solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms.
3. Free and Premium Access
Free Users: Free users can scan a limited number of food images per day, may see advertisements, and may have limited access to historical data and analytics.
Premium Users: Premium subscribers can scan unlimited food images, enjoy an ad-free experience, and access extended tracking history and analytics.
Feature availability may change at any time to improve the Application.
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
- Certain features of Calo AI – Food Calorie Tracker are available only to users who purchase a premium subscription (“Premium Features”).
- Premium subscriptions are offered through the Application and are subject to availability, pricing, and duration as displayed to the user at the time of purchase.
- Subscription pricing, plans, and availability may vary by region and may change from time to time in accordance with Google Play policies.
- Access to Premium Features remains active only while the subscription is valid and in good standing.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The final price will always be shown before completing a purchase.
5. Auto-Renewal & Billing
- All payments made through the Application are processed, controlled, and managed by Google Play.
- Payment will be charged to the user’s Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be clearly identified.
- Users can manage subscriptions or cancel their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by accessing their Google Play account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable.
- Refunds for subscriptions are handled strictly in accordance with Google Play’s refund policies.
6. Billing Issues & Support
- In rare cases where a payment is successfully completed but premium access is not activated, users may contact us for support at helpinghand134@gmail.com.
- We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, assist in resolving access-related problems.
- All refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled strictly in accordance with Google Play’s refund and subscription policies. The Application does not process refunds directly.
7. Health & Medical Disclaimer
- The Application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Calorie and nutrition estimates may vary and should not be considered accurate for medical, dietary, or health decisions. Users are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary or lifestyle changes based on the Application’s information.
8. User Responsibilities
- By using the Application, users agree to:
- Use the Application only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse, abuse, or exploit the Application
- Not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, hack, or disrupt the Application or its services
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, functionality, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other materials available within Calo AI – Food Calorie Tracker are the exclusive property of Helping Hand Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- No part of the Application may be copied, modified, distributed, reproduced, reverse engineered, or exploited in any manner without prior written permission from Helping Hand Network.
10. Advertisements
- Advertisements may be displayed to free users of the Application.
- Premium subscribers receive a fully ad-free experience.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helping Hand Network shall not be liable for:
- Any inaccuracies in calorie or nutritional estimates
- Health outcomes or decisions made based on Application data
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Application
- Use of the Application is entirely at the user’s own risk.
12. Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the Application is detected.
13. Changes to These Terms
- These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Privacy Policy
- Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user data. By downloading or using Calo AI – Food Calorie Tracker, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
