This Privacy Policy applies to the Contacts: Phone Calls & Dialer for mobile devices, developed by TO Solutions, and offered as a Freemium service. The app is intended for use "AS IS."

Permissions We Use

• We only use these permissions to provide core app features.

We request these permissions only to enable the app’s core functions:

• READ_CONTACTS: Needs to read the user's contacts data.
• WRITE_CONTACTS:Needs to write the user's contacts data.
• CALL_PHONE: Needs to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
• READ_PHONE_STATE: Needs to read the phone state, including the current cellular network information, and the status of any ongoing calls.
• MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Needs to modify global audio settings.
• MANAGE_OWN_CALLS: Needs to manage its own calls through the self-managed.
• ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS: Needs to answer an incoming phone call.
• READ_CALL_LOG: The Read Call Log permission is used by applications to read a user's call log data from their device.
• WRITE_CALL_LOG: The write call log permission is used by applications to write a user's call log data from their device.
• Important Note: The app does not record, store, or transmit any phone call audio or voice data.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to display ongoing call status or app notifications. No personal data is collected or shared through this permission.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Used to display caller information or quick call controls as a small popup while the app is running in the background or even when the screen is locked. This permission is used only for user convenience and does not collect any data.

Data Retention and Deletion

The app does not collect any personal identity data such as name, phone number, email, contacts, or location.

However, we use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob, which may automatically collect anonymous device and app usage data. This data is used only to improve app performance and show relevant ads. This data cannot identify you personally.

Anonymous analytics and advertising data collected by Firebase and AdMob are retained according to their own data policies and cannot be used to identify you personally. Advertisements displayed via Google AdMob do not access or use any personal or contact-related data. Ads are based only on device identifiers and general app usage, not on your step or health information.

How We Handle Permissions

• You have full control over granting or denying permissions.
• Permissions are only used for core app functions.
• You are always in control and can revoke permissions from your device settings.
• If permission is denied, some features may not work.
• The app never collects hidden data without your consent.

How We Use Your Information, Your information is used to:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Use your mobile OS or app marketplace’s standard uninstall process.

Data Retention Policy

We do not collect, store or upload your data to any server. All such data remains stored locally on your device and is fully under your control. If you uninstall the app data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.

Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no need for data deletion requests. Any edits, deletions, or changes made to files within the app are performed directly on the local files and fully controlled by the user.

However, anonymized usage data collected automatically by third-party services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob may be retained according to their respective data retention policies. This information does not identify you personally and is used only for app performance improvement, analytics, and advertising functionality.

Children’s Privacy
